1. 会议费用说明 / Conference Expenses

会议费包含注册费、会议资料费、会议期间餐费和茶歇等；交通费及住宿费等其他费用自理。

The registration fee includes meeting materials, lunch and dinner during the symposium. All other costs associated with your attendance (e.g., transportation and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you.

2.支付方式 / Payment

缴费方式分为在线支付（微信、支付宝）和对公转账两种。欢迎参会者提前通过会议网站注册报名，在线支付会议费。如使用对公转账方式，缴费时请备注：第九届格拉布斯论坛+参会人姓名+工作单位，并在报名系统中上传对公转账凭证，以备会务组对账。

Symposium committee strongly advises online registration in advance.

3. 摘要及墙报 / Posters

论坛将安排墙报展示环节，并评选出优秀墙报奖。组委会鼓励参会者提交与论坛相关的摘要并进行墙报展示。

摘要不超过一页A4纸，语言为英文，以PDF格式上传。（摘要模板下载）

墙报规格为：0.9米宽×1.2米高，格式不限。参会者自行打印墙报，统一交由会务组张贴至指定展示区。

提交的摘要和展示的墙报内容一律视为不涉及保密问题。提交截止日期为2021年3月31日24:00，逾期不再接受参选。

Posters will be set up through out the symposium and the Excellent Poster Award will be selected on site. The organizing committee strongly encourages all participants to submit abstracts and posters for the symposium.

The abstract shall be uploaded in PDF format, one A4 page in English.（Abstract Template）

Size for the Poster: 0.9m wide × 1.2m high. No format requirement. Presenters at the poster sessions shall bring their own printed posters and give them to the committee.

Your submission of abstracts and posters will be deemed to be your consent that they be treated as non-confidential. Abstracts and posters submission deadline: 24:00, March 31, 2021.
